The Career Resource Center's (CRC) mission is to support students and alumni as they make life-long career decisions and pursue meaningful work, while promoting environmentally and socially responsible careers.

- The CRC is located on the second floor of Dunbar Hall.
- The CRC host various events throughout the year in order to give students opportunities to network.
- The CRC maintains the CRC website to provide students and alumni with a wealth of resources related to environmental careers.
- The CRC works with students beginning in their first-year on-campus.
- The CRC's services and events are available to any Sterling College alumni.
- The CRC is staffed by two full-time staff members throughout the year.
